Reach Potential Movement, a nonprofit 501c3, exists to equip youth and families with leadership, learning and life skills to strengthen our community. Reach Potential has several programs for participants and volunteers to strive to reach their highest potential:
Dream4College Project – College inspiration & readiness field trips to Stanford, USC & UC Davis for over 400 low-income youth and parents
Bookshelf in Every Home Project – Early Literacy parent education workshops for 375 Kinder English Language Learning parents to equip them to support their child’s reading development at home.
Parent Project (in Spanish) – In partnership with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office, Parent Project (www.parentproject.com) is one of the few diversion programs in Spanish for high risk families in our county. The Parent Project is the largest court mandated juvenile diversion program in the United States with extensive research and evidence based results. Our Parent and Youth classes get to the root of the brokenness within these families and equips both parents and youth with tools and skills to bring healing, restoration and hope.
